Veronica “Vee Tee” Thomas is a passionate Mathematician turned Educator, dedicated to empowering learners through the beauty of math and innovative instruction. A proud native of Florence, SC, Vee Tee’s journey began with academic excellence at Wilson High School’s IB program, followed by a B.S. in Mathematics from Francis Marion University. Though initially on the path to Actuarial Science, she was inspired to pursue her true calling in education—a decision that has fueled over 16 years of impact in classrooms and beyond. From being named Fairfield County Schools District Teacher of the Year to leading transformative programs as Director of STEAM Early College Academy and Dual Enrollment, Vee Tee blends expertise in curriculum, leadership, and technology integration. With a Master’s in Mathematics Education and a gift for inspiring both students and educators, she is committed to creating dynamic, inclusive learning experiences that spark growth, curiosity, and lasting change.
